Coin-Op Vibes is a brand of Turf Time, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through coinopvibes.com and through Coin-Op Vibes games and apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and how we use it. Questions? Email sales@coinopvibes.com.
Information you give us
When you fill out a commission request form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number and your project details. Your request is delivered to our email inbox through a form service called Web3Forms. We use this information only to reply to you, quote and plan your project, build your game and keep business records. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically on this website
- Hosting: our website host, Netlify, processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
- We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Our games and apps
- No accounts: our games don't require you to create an account. Game progress and settings are saved on your device.
- Ads: some of our free games and apps may show ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address and general (not precise) location to show and measure ads. You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your device's settings. Learn more in how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- Purchases: paid apps and in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment card details. We may receive limited purchase information from them, such as which item was bought, so we can unlock it.
- Each app's listing on the App Store or Google Play also shows a summary of the data that app collects.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Coin-Op Vibes (for example, Netlify for website hosting, Web3Forms for delivering form requests to our email, Google Workspace for email, Google AdMob for ads, and Apple and Google for app distribution and payments), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep commission requests and project messages as long as we need them for the project and our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@coinopvibes.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor requests as required by law.
Children
Coin-Op Vibes is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reputable service providers and reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
